Reviews of Mercure Hotel Brussels Airport

John
The hotel is situated in a convenient location with easy access to train stations and the airport. There is a small shop near the reception with some pricey items. The room and bathroom were clean and tidy, with a fantastic rain shower head. The breakfast had a decent range of options and the restaurant staff were friendly.
Some staff members appeared untrained, which caused some confusion.

Clean and well managed, great proximity to airport and prompt courteous shuttle bus included in room rate.
Room was not prepared for our 2 kids, but this was quickly remedied by the night staff. also the price for breakfast and internet were a bit steep, but the overall discounted room rate for a family like ours was good value.

The hotel was conveniently located near the airport, making it easy to travel to and from the airport. The staff were friendly and accommodating, providing phone chargers and complimentary toiletries when needed. The breakfast offered a good selection of food and drinks to start the day.
The rooms were outdated and in need of renovation, with issues such as noisy vents, smoking odours, and humidity problems. The prices for drinks and amenities were quite high, and the hotel did not offer enough value for the cost.

One of the few hotels that could accomodate 4 people per room (two adults & 2 children) and have free shuttle service to the airport. It was relaxing to take the train here (Bordet Station), walk 500 meters to the hotel and relax until our flight the next morning...early! The shuttle is very efficient and fast.
The menu in the restaurant is very limited although they did have an interesting seasonal menu. There are some lowcost restaurants down the street near Bordet Station

The room is tidy & clean , beyond my expectation . The staff members are nice & helpful. The hotel provide free transportation to/from the airport.
The hotel situate far from train station , it takes 20 minutes by bus from the Brussels Central Station , then walk about 10 minutes. It's really inconvenience as we need to carry 2 heavy luggages.

The staff were friendly and provided good service throughout my stay. Closinest to NATO HQ and the Airport, luxury rooms, pleasant staff, possibility to reach the airport by the hotel buss, variety of froots for breakfast, etc
just would like that the smokers have some corner where can sit and smoke (since it was cold and no chirs outside).

I had a really pleasant stay at this hotel. The location was great, very close to the airport and there was a bus stop nearby that took me straight into the city center. The staff were friendly and provided good service throughout my stay. The room was well-equipped with a big desk, perfect for my work needs. The amenities provided, including toiletries and a hairdryer, were all great.
Everything was just fine, no room for improvement.

Pretty close to the airport and good price.
Hotel shuttle service works until 20:10 and they refused to pick us up at 21:35. Hotel is booking extra 100 EUR as a back up of the mini bar and telephone usage (without asking¬ifying), but overall this money came back from couple of days. The breakfast was quite poor for the 19 EUR price.

Great location, close to transportation and attractions. Amazing Christmas decorations creating a cozy atmosphere. Luxurious bedding!
Overpriced extras, including the Christmas dinner. Service was not up to par for the high cost.
